Can you get a virus on the iphone 3g?

i have an iphone 3g but i wanted to know just to be safe if you can get a virus

I suppose it’s possible, but there aren’t any viruses known at this time that target the iPhone.

    You can get a virus on any kind of cell phone. They have mobile anti-virus software, you could get it if you want to be extra safe. Its just like your computer at home, just to go and smaller.

    Currently there is no virus on iphone 3g, I think.
    But if you do have something glitchy on the phone, it might be due to bugs in the software.

    probably but arent there fewer viruses that affect apple anyway or is that just their computers just be careful like you would at home.
