The Hottest iPhone Games On The Circuit

Posted by Thom Yarbrough under iphone applications on Thursday Sep 17, 2009

It’s no secret that every day, every hour new iPhone games are being added in iTunes and more and more apps keep getting added in this way. If you’re feeling bored and you want to download some games for your iPhone but don’t know which ones to choose, you’ve come to the right place because here’s a list of games which are considered to be the hottest in the list.

Super Collider: This one’s a full blown arcade game for all those enthusiasts who can’t get enough of crashing into and knocking down things. According to the game’s premise, there’s a super collider chamber where an anti matter experiment is being carried out. But for some reason, something has gone terribly wrong and the chamber has been infected with charged particles of matter. Bringing the two, matter and anti-matter together could lead to explosive results and players are expected to control the anti matter while avoiding the path of the charged matter.

Jimney Chimney: When boredom threatens to quell your spirits Jimney Chimney will come to your rescue. This arcade style game is not just simple but also a whole load of fun. To avoid your enemy is the objective of the game and you get to do this just by placing your finger on the screen. When you do so a line shoots in that direction. You can play this game with as many as four fingers. However, you may run the risk of overcrowding the screen and escape may become difficult. Sounds like fun? What are you waiting for then?

Mahjong Artifacts 2: This highly addictive game is specially designed for all Mahjong lovers. This game of ceaseless adventure is about the elimination of tiles to expose the secrets within. The game has been personalized to enable you to play according to the country and music of your choice. The icons change depending on the country. India, Japan and Tibet are some of the countries included.

Smart Squares: It sounds easy enough, but actually, it isn’t. There’s a huge grid, filled with tiny squares and you have a number of colored squares available in the square bank. Use your fingers to drag and drop the squares into the main square so as to cover it completely. There are different levels on which you can play this simple game but you will also find that it’s another game that you can’t seem to let go!

How do I start to develop iPhone applications?

Posted by Iphone Virus Removal under iphone applications on Wednesday Sep 16, 2009

What are the steps and processes to develop and submit an iPhone app to App store? I want to become a developer. Is it all about hardcore software programming like Java, or is there any software out there that can create apps by using a design view perhaps? Becuase I see 10′000’s of apps and a lot of pointless ones, and am pretty sure people wouldnt have wasted weeks making a pointless app in hard java code?

Cheers

You have to download the iPhone SDK from http://developer.apple.com/

I am sure this is only Mac compatible. You can download this for free and you create the layout and visuals of the App using the Interface Builder.

To publish your application to the App Store, I think you you have to be a paid developer which costs about $100.
