No. You cant install MAC OS X applications on Windows Vista (think of it this way, don’t take it literally).
If you will get an HTC Touch series, then it will have Windows Mobile OS on it. The iPhone runs on MAC OS X for iPhones. The 2 Operating Systems (OS) are not equal meaning the codes and languages (source codes, programming languages) are different. This is why they invented JAVA. JAVA Applets/Applications are for ALL phones, not just on one platform.
If you want those cool applications for the iPhone, you need to get an iPhone. But there are other phones that have better apps than the iPhone.
